I FEEL LIKE CHICKEN TONIGHT

Gonna catch me a chicken,
chop off its head,
After I do that,
the chicken will be dead.
First it will wiggle,
like never before,
And then it will lay there,
dead on the floor.
Take the chicken inside,
Fix it all up,
and then what is left,
will go to my pup.
Stuff it in a pan, heat it up, and start cookin' it.
Every now and then,
I keep lookin' over it.
Now it's done cooking,
and I'm ready to eat, I chop my chicken up,
and I take my seat.
Now that I'm done eating,
I give my belly a rest,
sitting on the couch alone,
as I'm the only guest.
I think about my chicken:
it gave me a good fight.
But my eyes are slowly closing,
so I'll have to say good-night.
