Grade 7/8 Teacher

Big Grassy River Education Authority requires the services of a Gr. 7/8 teacher for Pegamigaabo School. This is a full-time term position starting immediately and ending June 20th, 2003, with possibility for continuation for the 2003-2004 school year. The Gr. 7/8 class consists of seven Grade 7 and one Grade 8 students. Pegamigaabo School is a modern and well-equipped facility located approximately 50 km N.E. of Rainy River on beautiful Lake of the Woods. The community is accessible by paved all-weather road. Low-cost modern and furnished housing is available.

Qualifications

Ontario teaching certificate or equivalent is required. Training and/or experience in remedial, resource, or special education would be definite assets. An acceptable criminal records check is a precondition for employment.
