MANAGER CROP INPUTS – MORRIS, MB.

THE COMPANY
The Crop Input Division of N.M. Paterson and Son’s Limited markets seed, fertilizer and crop protection products and services through 17 retail locations in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. This growing customer oriented organization is seeking a highly motivated manager to assume the role of retail manager for the crop inputs business in Morris, Manitoba.

THE CHALLENGE
You will be responsible for the results of the Morris crop inputs business. Responsibilities include business planning, agronomic planning and advise, customer sales and service, customer account management, field scouting, grain contracting as well as operations execution and management.

THE SKILLS
You will have a minimum 5 years retail crop input sales and marketing experience. You will have excellent interpersonal, organizational, technological, decision-making and communication skills. Designations as a professional agrologist or certified crop advisor will be an asset.
