Manitoba Transportation and Government Services hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for the approval of the plans and sit of the work described herein.

Under Section 9 of the said Act, Manitoba Transportation and Government Services has deposited with the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans and the Portage la Prairie Land Titles Office under Railway Deposit No. R1101, Registration No. 1061345, a description of the site and plans for the construction of a bridge over the Nelson River on the relocation of Provincial Road 374 in Township 64, Range 2 West in the Province of Manitoba.

Written objections on the effect of the work on marine navigation should be directed not later than one month from the date of this notice to: Regional Director, Canadian Coast Guard, Department of Fisheries and Oceans, 201 N. Front Street, Suite 703, Sarnia, Ontario N7T 8B1.
