: There is a man at the Y who likes to expose himself in the steamroom at the Y and other steamrooms in Winnipeg and elsewhere. This unidentified individual has been seen naked in Ottawa as well. He enjoys exposing his flaccid manhood and has been suspected of several flashing incidents in Ottawa, Winnipeg and Calgary.
