As an integral part of the Christina Operations Team (Janvier, Conklin, Fort McMurray) the successful candidate will assist with the tracking and implementation of the Trapper Management and Trapper Compensation programs within Alberta-Pacific's Forest Management Area. This includes trapper contacts, notification to trappers of harvesting plans and procedures and assistance in making applications to the trapper compensation program.
Related forestry experience, proven communication, map reading and organizational skills, knowledge of trapping practices and trail systems in northeastern Alberta, and fluency in Cree/Chipewyan would be assets. Must be physically fit and possess a valid driver's license.
