1 Full Time Ojibwe Language Teacher

for the 2002-2003 School Year.
Big Island F.N. and Big Grassy River F.N. are located at the south end of Lake of the Woods, forty-five minutes from the US Minnesota border, an hour and twenty minutes from Fort Frances, ON and thirty-five minutes from Rainy River, ON.

The successful candidate will:
· Have Native Language Certificate Level I, Level II, III would be an asset
· Require a vehicle and license
· Have an understanding of Aboriginal culture
· Be recognized as having strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Be known as fair, consistent and respectful
· Criminal check documentation must be provided
