Anishinabeg Community Counselling Services is looking for a masters level native or non-native individual to assist us in providing high quality adult mental health counselling for our First Nation clients. This will be a one year contract position.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

• Provide adult mental health counselling for individuals, couples and families of the ten First Nation communities in the Fort Frances area
• Maintain up to date client files
• Participate in case planning/case management
• Assist in development and presentation of workshop and training sessions

The ideal candidate will have a masters degree in psychology or clinical social work and several years experience with First Nation clients. Knowledge of the Ojibway culture would be a definite asset.

• A criminal records check must be provided
• Salary in keeping with education and experience
