Qualifications - University Degree in either Health, Business or Public Administration combined with two years experience working with Aboriginal groups on health issues or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. post-graduate courses with a minimum of five years experience working with Aboriginal groups on health issues); Considerable (not less than five years) management experience in a government environment; three years experience working with Aboriginal groups on and off reserve; three years experience managing high level policy and program development, including implementation and evaluation; demonstrated current experience reviewing and analyzing complex (multifaceted) health care issues facing Aboriginal groups; three years experience in negotiation, including treaty negotiations; demonstrated project management experience including managing resources, project team members and contractors; considerable contract management and compliance auditing experience; demonstrated leadership experience and experience working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
