The Canadian Health Network
The Canadian Health Network (CHN) is a national, bilingual, Web-based health promotion program with the goal of helping Canadians find information on how to stay healthy and prevent disease and injury.
Since 2005, NAHO has been the Aboriginal Peoples Affiliate of the CHN. The network also includes the Public Health Agency of Canada, Health Canada, non-profit organizations at all levels, universities, hospitals, libraries, and community organizations.
