Erratum

In the piece entitled "Change of CIP Agent for Western Canada," which appeared in the September/October issue of the Bulletin, we neglected to mention Jim Sharpe’s role of coordinator of the CIP program at the University of British Columbia between 1978 and 1991, and Terence M. Horner’s assumption of these responsibilities from 1991 to December of 2002. We apologize for the oversight.
