This workbook has been developed by the Departmental Program Evaluation Division (DPED) as an introduction to monitoring and evaluation for HIV/AIDS projects. It is an overview of how performance measurement and evaluation can help to determine if programs and initiatives really make a difference in the lives of people. Projects can use the guide to establish on-going performance monitoring and performance measurement practices.
