The following list of travel medicine clinics has been compiled using multiple available listings. This listing is by no means complete.

This listing does not imply that Public Health Agency of Canada endorses the standard of practice for any of the travel medicine clinics listed.

Under Annex 7 of the International Health Regulations (2005), "States Parties shall designate specific yellow fever vaccination centres within their territories in order to ensure the quality and safety of the procedures and materials employed." As a signatory to the International Health Regulations, Canada must designate Yellow Fever Vaccination Centres. In Canada, the Public Health Agency of Canada, designates Yellow Fever Vaccination Centres.

Clinics which are designated Yellow Fever Vaccination Centres are indicated with an asterisk in the last column.
