The Government of Canada (Minister of Public Works and Government Services Canada) is the owner of all intellectual property rights (including copyright) for the data product delivered to you with this agreement.

LICENSE AND WARRANTY AGREEMENT

In consideration of your payment of the requisite fee, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-assignable and nontransferable license to use the data product, subject to the terms of this agreement.

ANY USE WHATSOEVER OF THE PRODUCT SHALL CONSTITUTE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

This agreement is not a sale of any or all of the owner’s rights.

The product may only be used by you, and you may not rent, lease, lend or sub-license the data product or any of your rights under this agreement to anyone else.

You may transfer or store the data product in any electronic network for use by more than one user. You may print selected data by printer and use such print-outs for internal purposes only.

You may not copy the product or any substantial part of it for use by anyone else, nor may you transfer or convert the data product to another format or medium for use by anyone else.

You may not develop or derive for commercial sale any other product in any form that incorporates or uses any substantial part of the product delivered to you.

This agreement will terminate automatically without notice to you if you fail to comply with any terms of the agreement.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the data product complies with the terms of this agreement, and to seek prior written permission from the Minister of Public Works and Government Services Canada, Ottawa,
Ontario, K1A 0S5, for any uses not permitted or not specified in this agreement (e.g., distribution or resale purposes).

While great care has been taken in the preparation of this work, the user is put on notice that mistakes may exist; as such, the Crown denies any responsibility for anomalies that may be found in the content of this work.
