TAX COURT OF CANADA JUDICIAL APPOINTMENT ANNOUNCED

Ottawa, October 5, 2012 — The Honourable Rob Nicholson, P.C., Q.C., M.P. for Niagara Falls, Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, today announced the following appointment:

The Honourable David E. Graham, a lawyer with Koffman Kalef LLP in Vancouver, is appointed a Judge of the Tax Court of Canada, to replace Mr. Justice L. Little, who retired on July 26, 2011.

Mr. Justice Graham received an Honours degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business in 1992 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in 1996. He was admitted to the Bar of British Columbia in 1997.

Mr. Justice Graham has been an associate with the firm Koffman Kalef LLP from 1997 to 2002 and a partner since 2003. His main area of practice was tax law.

Mr. Justice Graham has been a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation since 1997. He has held various positions with the Taxation Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association, British Columbia Branch, since 2004, including chair in 2010 and 2011. He is an author and frequent speaker.

This appointment is effective immediately.
