When you call our Reference and Information Services number, (613) 995-9481, you have a menu choice which includes a link to our reference services staff. If we are unable to take your request direct, your call will be transferred automatically to a voice messaging system where you may leave a detailed message about your information needs. We encourage you to give us as much information as possible and to include your name, telephone number and fax number (if available).
Your questions are important to us and our staff will handle these information requests and will call you back as soon as possible. Please make use of this new service for your information needs.
This telephone bulletin board also offers other options regarding frequently requested National Library services.
