Physical Description: One cast gargoyle, dragon-like mould in bas relief, head tilted on angle in upwards position, open mouth fitted with looped steel wire. Seated body on blocked base. Steel wire loop extends from back to base. Finished with a light brown colouring. Inscribed on one side, partially undecipherable ....... E. Paris.
History of Use: Belonged to Emily Carr. According to donor, plaster cast of gargoyle from Notre Dame Cathedral, Paris. Brought back by Emily Carr in 1912
