Just outside of Grenfell you will find an attraction that stands out from the
rest of the landscape. Although it is not visible from the grid road, it is
worth the drive to see the glass castle consisting of 6,000 beer, whiskey and
pop bottles. The castle stands 11 feet 8 inches in height and is 12 feet 3
inches in diameter. The original plan for the structure included a
fountain inside the castle as well as some furniture, unfortunately the plans
had to be changed and the construction was stopped after the shell of the castle
was built.
