The elevator
was constructed as well as an adjoining mill. The company also erected a
building north of the elevator where they established a farm machinery business,
a harness shop, and offices of the company. In 1905 they constructed a large
building which became head quarters for the business. It provided many jobs for
people and the company expanded to serve Percival, Broadview, Oakshela,
Summerberry, Wolseley, Neudorf, Grayson, Glenavon, Windthorst, and Kipling.
