Strettiner Rebbe of Toronto and his three brothers were
Abraham, Solomon, and Isaac, who all became rabbis as
well.

in the Junction and served as rabbi of Congregation Knesseth
Israel from 1924 until 1939. He was an Orthodox rabbi
who also served as cantor for the Synagogue. After 1939,
Rabbi Langner moved out of the Junction and formed a synagogue
on College Street. After his passing in 1948 at the age

Street synagogue for six more years before finally selling
