An Act respecting the organization of the Government of Canada and matters related or incidental thereto

HER Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

SHORT TITLE

1. This Act may be cited as the Government Organization Act, 1969.

105. The Acts and portions of Acts set out in Schedule B are repealed or amended in the manner and to the extent indicated in that Schedule.

Act Affected Repeal or Amendment

Indian Act Subsection 69(4) is amended by substituting the

R.S., c. 149 Receiver General for the Minister of Finance.
