his is a Second World War Canadian Women's Army Corps uniform. Below is an image of the uniform, along with a description of each item in the uniform.

he CWAC Service Dress cap was made of drab waterproofed barathea cloth. It has a square front with a 2 3/4 inch peak and a chin strap made of brown leather.

he cap badge was made of silver and consisted of three maple leaves joined on one stem within a lozenge with a beaded border. "Canadian Women's Army Corps" was inscribed on the badge.

he Service Dress shirt was olive green with two breast pockets and shoulder straps. The straps and pocket flaps fastened with flat khaki buttons. The shirt had a long, pointed collar.

he tie was made of Beech Brown silk with wide ends tied in a sailor's knot.

he Service Dress jacket was made of drab wool barathea cloth like the cap, but with shoulder straps made of brown melton cloth. The collar badges and buttons contain the helmeted head of the Greek goddess Athene and a scroll with the letters C.W.A.C. inscribed on it.

tockings could be of silk or nylon, but had to be of authorized shade.

hoes were made of brown leather.
