Mosquito School House
Built
by a local minister (Kingwell) possibly between 1818 and 1828. It is
a rare example of what wooden schools in outport communities looked
like in the 1800s. Nowadays, it is used for a variety of purposes including
social events.

Charles Cozens built the old Stone Barn sometime around 1825. It
is currently

Rorke's Stone Jug
The Stone Jug is a large Georgian-style stone building on Water Street.
It has three storeys made entirely of stone cut from nearby Kelly's
Island.

A one-storyed rectangular wooden building with a cottage roof. It is

of the railway stations used through Newfoundland during the 100 years

The first Keneally of Carbonear was James, who was born in 1790,
and arrived
in Newfoundland in 1815. The house is a massive two-sided, mansard double
dwelling. Designated as a RHS in February 1988. It was awarded the Southcott

Robert Pack, who was one of the most respected and wealthiest merchants
in Carbonear, originally owned the area now known as Soper's Farm. After
Pack's death in 1860, the property was briefly owned by a family member
