			West Montrose Covered Bridge Guelph, Ontario Built in 1881, the West Montrose Covered Bridge is the last remaining Covered Bridge in Ontario. A two span bridge, built by the brothers John and Benjamin Bear and originally constructed entirely of wood, it carries a minor road across the Grand River, north of the City of Waterloo. The bridge is 62.4 m long, 5.1 m wide and has a vertical clearance of 3.9 m.
