-"Marguerite Bras Coupé Budge was the fifth generation of the Kaponichin line (Bear Clan) to have the responsibilities of sharing her medicines with the people. After being removed from the reserve in 1943, she, along with Lloyd Budge and her children, migrated south to Ottawa. Many people came down from the north to get treatment."
