The basic layout of this unit can be used to introduce any First Nation and Creation story. Also, at any point in the lessons one can expand the subject to do a more in-depth search. Use the unit as a guideline; you can focus on what you or the students choose. Remember, this serves as an introduction to the Haudenoshaunee who were here before people from other continents, and who still continue to struggle and thrive in Canadian society.
