LESSON 4.2.

Have students freewrite in journals about how they would spend their time if they lived in the environment of Native Canadians. First brainstorm about the major differences in lifestyle (i.e. more natural, no electricity etc.).

Have a Pow-Wow session where students sit on the floor or in chairs in a circle. Each group has a chance to present some interesting facts about their native group, to read their story, and to show the tableaux.

Portfolio

Include reactions from other students' to the story presentation.
