GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION:
Grand Forks, British Columbia.

DATE OF CONSTRUCTION:
1909-1910

ARCHITECT:
Peter Verigin. It is believed by many historians that Peter Verigin was the one who designed the buildings of the Doukhobor villages in Canada.

CONTRACTOR:
The contractor is not known.

OWNER OF THE BUILDING
  PAST: The Doukhobors and Peter Verigin. Verigin purchased the land in the Grand Forks area under his name.
  PRESENT: The present owner is not known.

USE OF THE BUILDING
  PAST: Communal housing for the Doukhobors.
  PRESENT: Ozeroff Village is like a ghost town, as all the buildings have been abandoned. The buildings are in quite bad shape. Some of the interiors have been destroyed by fire, only leaving the brick exterior (Aaron Costain. Personal interview. ). While other buildings have been restored to act as a museum or as interpretative centres.
