To visit the settlement follow these directions: take Exit 27 or Exit 28 off Highway 101 go through Weymouth and turn south onto Route 340 continue for 17 kilometers turn east onto Langford Road travel 5.5 kilometers to Southville Corner go onto the dirt road (New France Road) and travel 11 kilometers turn north onto Silver Road and continue to the settlement	Visiting New France gives you the feeling that you are a part of something special. You begin to wonder what life was exactly like when the community was thriving.
