The Team

Countless hours of work have been dedicated to the completion of this project. All the members of the team involved have played a integral part in the creation of this Web site. From researching the information, selecting appropriate photographs, learning HTML and the actual design, all of the following people have played a significant role:

Consultant - Ralph Walker

Ralph is a NAIT Grad. Certified Engineering Technologist (CET), IS professional with Syncrude Information Services group for 10 years. Ralph is recently retired and specializing in remote computing and the application of desktop technology to the small business problems.

Programmer/Co-Designer - Dean Decker

Dean is currently enrolled in the Computer Information Systems program at Keyano College, Fort McMurray. Dean programmed and helped design the site and because of this experience, hopes to work in an Internet related field.

Researcher - Karen Barrie

Karen is in the process of obtaining a Bachelors in Nursing from the University of Calgary in Calgary, Alberta. Karen has a passion for history and has worked for the past three summers as the Curator's Assitant at Heritage Park.

Team Leader - Kara Reilly

Kara is the Curator at Heritage Park. She has been involved with the park for the last two years. She has a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) from the University of British Columbia in History and Political Science.

Administrator - Mary Weber-Blatz

Mary is a long term resident of Fort McMurray. Mary has worked as the administrator at Heritage Park for the past three years. She has a Certificate of Business Administration from Keyano College, Fort McMurray.
