Cap Trinité, Saguenay River. The precipitous walls of the Saguenay follow an old fault line in the earth's crust. These sheer majestic cliffs, made steeper by glaciation, and soaring straight up 500m over the water, have inspired many legends and beginning in the 1850s, as in this view, attracted numerous tourists.
