These teams sell, merchandise, and train retail personnel on a dedicated basis for each client. This means that each client has their own exclusive team of personnel where the client, at all times, is in complete control of their individual priorities. This customized service is extended to include automated field information systems, where valuable information is collected, analyzed and customized for each client.

S&MG also offers Field Marketing Services targeted to clients who require shorter-term resources at critical times during the year (summer, Christmas).
