Maltese Falcon
Joseph Vassallo, a founder
of the Maltese-Canadian Society of Toronto (1922), came as an immigrant
to Canada from Zebugg, Malta, in the 1920s. His son, Joseph Jr., viewed
here, was the founder, 1943, of Magneto Electric, an all-Canadian company
specializing in servicing electric motors. Today, sons Joseph III and Michael
run the company of some 70 employees whose network of loyal customers spans
