transfusion:The process of transferring blood or plasma directly from one person or animal to another.
transgenic:Animals which have been genetically engineered, using the genes of another species, to produce organs or chemicals of that species. Example: Pigs which have been genetically engineered to produce human organs.
turmeric:Consists of dried as well as fresh rhizomes of a plant known as Curcuma longa. It has been used for centuries in the Indian traditional system of medicine, as a spice and a natural food colour. Turmeric has been used internally as a stomach tonic and a blood purifier and externally for the treatment of skin diseases and wound healing.
