last month i decided that i was going to get in shape i was going to go swimming 3 times a week bicycling every weekend and walking daily and i was going to start weightlifting too the first week i exercised every day i felt great during the second week i started feeling very sore and decided i would stop the weightlifting by the third week every part of my body was aching i thought i was going to die by the fourth week i knew that fitness wasnt really for me i decided to give up exercise and start relaxing instead relaxing is also very good for you and much less painful than activity.
