Story-Frank James Janey
Frank James Janey was born in Almonte, Ontario on January 22, 1953. He attended and graduated from Almonte High School in 1972. He completed his grade 12 in a Science and Technology course. In 1973, he started a 1 year course in Masonry and Bricklaying at Algonquin College in Ottawa. He graduated from college in 1974 and began working for the Do It Right Construction Company in Ottawa, Ontario in September 1974. He was a union employee. He worked there until November 1978 and was let go by the company because of a shortage of work. In April 1979 he found a job with Lewis Brothers Bricklaying Company in Ottawa. He worked there until June 1983 at which time he found a new bricklaying job with the City Of Ottawa in Ottawa. He worked there until March 1992 at which time he quit and started his own business called FJ Exteriors. Unfortunately, the company went out of business last month. Frank is now in the office of Johnson Construction and wants to fill out a job application form for a job opening for a bricklayer. Frank now lives at 3254 Fairlawn Terrace in Ottawa.
