Hello.  My name is Henry Hawkins.  My surname is Hawkins and my given name is Henry.   My middle initial is B.  I was born on 12/13/56 in Perth, Ontario.  Now I am living in Belleville, Ontario.  My wife's first name is Nancy and her family name is Hawkins.  She was born in Hope, British Columbia on 4/24/57.   Both my and my wife's first language is English. 

I work as an electrician for Ontario Hydro.  I went to school for 13 years.  My wife's employer is the City of Belleville and she works as an Administrative Assistant.  She also went to school for 13 years. 

Nancy and I have 2 children.  We have 1 son and 1 daughter.   The ages of our children are 15 and 12 years old.   Their last name is Hawkins and their given names are Jennifer and Frank.
