You quickly go to a store room to gather your things. You have room for eight items in your pack. You must order these items from what you consider to be the most important to the least important for your survival.
As you look around you see the following items. Put these items in order of importance.

Step One: Let each student work individually on the above template. Go over the vocabulary to ensure that all understand each item. Set a time limit.
Step Two: Once each of the students has completed the template individually, divide the class into groups of five.
Challenge: You have ordered the items. As a group, come to a consensus for each of the items.
