"Though twenty-one years have passed since I first brought home the Tibetan blue poppy, it is only a few weeks ago that I received a letter of thanks from a lady in Canada enclosing a photograph showing hundreds of plants flowering in her garden on the shore of the St. Lawrence estuary.

"So well does it grow that to walk along a path between gently sloping banks entirely veiled with the exquisite blue poppies is like going through some ethereal valley in a land of dreams." That is praise indeed!"
