This is an example of neon of the 1990's, showing a more modern, "Vegas"-style application. The entire outside facade of this shopping complex is lit with similar signs. The irony of this complex is that it is located in a district of Vancouver which has relatively strict signage bylaws; somehow this part of the district escaped with its neon intact.
