FROM THE DIARY OF KATHLEEN
- JAN 1883: At school -- Lady Murry School, Observatory Ave, Campdon Hill, Kensington, London.
- SEP 24, 1885: Left London for Liverpool.
FROM THE DIARY OF PETER:
- OCT 14, 1885: Puss arrived from England with the McDonalds.
Since her arrival from England, Kathleen does not seem to be doing anything except driving her father to the office and indulge in leisure activities, parties, dancing and such.
- JAN 6, 1887: Big party for Kathleen for her 20th birthday.
- JAN 27, 1887: Puss commenced her music lessons with Herr Boarer.
- APR 1, 1887: Carry and Puss turned on the steam to work the pumps for the first time (ie the pumps of the dry dock)
- DEC 1, 1887: With Francis and Carry and Peter bound for England.
- DEC 17, 1887: Arrived in England.
- JUN 11, 1888: Took Puss for her first lesson at Peace Riding school, fultham rd.
- APR 1889: Back to Victoria.
- MAR 28, 1893: Kit's dancing lessons.
- APR 23, 1894: Kit made up her mind in a hurry and with Mrs. Croft, Miss Effy Dunsmuir and Maud Bridgeman left in the Queen for Frisco.
- MAY 8, 1894: Kit back.
- MAY 10, 1895: Kit was photographed on her horse.
- SEP 1895: JWT, Jack and Kathleen to Alaska
- APR 8, 1896: Kit practiced bicycle riding; young Baker in attendance.
