This room is called a servery. The cupboards are for storing linen. On the counter by the window, you leave prepared food.

Usually Mrs. O'Reilly or even the young miss Kathleen will serve dinner - but sometimes - you serve too. And after dinner, you alone clear the dinning room, and bring dirty dishes back here.

Once all your other chores are done - you may clean the dishes back at the sink, quietly. Mrs. doesn't like the noise of cleaning to disturb the house.

Continue along and stop at the first doorway.

See those bells? Those are your bells. They're connected to wires in the fancy rooms - each bell has a different sound. The bell on the left is Mrs. O'Reilly's room - and next to it - Mr. O'Reilly's room.

On the right, the big bell - that's the front door. Don't worry yourself with these now. After one or two days with the O'Reilly's home you will have memorized each sound, and be able to respond without thinking.

Sometimes I dream all bells ring together - and I don't know which O'Reilly I should answer first!

Continue through this door way now. To the left, look into the first door.
