Inside the Human Body - The Respiratory System

The food I eat gets digested or broken down into tiny bits in my stomach and intestine. I like to eat and keep my stomach busy. These little food bits go into my blood and travel to factories in all of my cells to give me energy. This lets me move around and do all the things I like to do.

However, to make energy, my cells also need the help of oxygen. Air is made of many things. Oxygen is just one part of my air.
