1890s DaybooksDiscussionWe had hoped to provide daybooks entries through to 1900 with this edition of the project, however we were only able to complete to 1890 before the summer was over. There will be more to come but it will likely be next summer before much more digitization work is done Cottonwood House proved to be a stable, if not exciting home. The days of the glory gold rush were far gone but Barkerville was still a prosperous town, there was a great deal of hydraulic mining, and the Cariboo Stage went through almost every day.
