Father Jules Comeau (1937-1943)
Jules Comeau was the first Acadian of Saint Mary's Bay (Nova Scotia)
to be named Superior at Collège Sainte-Anne. He was born on August
1, 1899, in Saulnierville and the years between 1911 and 1917 were spent
at the juvenate at Church Point until he moved to Bathurst to study philosophy
and theology. He was Superior at Sainte-Anne from 1937 to 1943 and at
the Collège Sacré-Coeur in Bathurst from 1943 to 1947.
