Supervisor's Legal Duties
The Supervisors duties are to:
Make sure workers follow the act and regulations.
Make sure workers work safely and use protective equipment.
Tell workers about known hazards.
Show workers how to work safely!
Take every precaution reasonable in the circumstances to protect workers.
