There was an error in the percentage change formula used in Table 4.1 and Table 4.2 of Welfare Incomes 2004. Please note the following corrections to the two tables and to the text in Chapter IV, as well as to the conclusion. Note that the welfare incomes presented in the two tables are not affected.
