Patricia Ryan, has worked in community health for over fifteen years specializing in population health planning.  Her career has included positions with not-for-profit organizations, District Health Authority and the Nova Scotia Department of Health.  Her current position focuses on population health planning to respond to current challenges accessing our health care system.  Patricia Ryan holds a Bachelor in Community Studies and Masters in Public Administration from Dalhousie University. 

Over the course of her career in Ontario and Nova Scotia she has led the development of community health plans, championed community development networks for the disabled, seniors and youth, volunteered with a community crisis centre and contributed to various boards.
