The purpose of this Website is to give an overview of the Performance Management Program for Governor in Council (GiC) appointees. These include deputy ministers, associate deputy ministers, individuals paid in the GX salary range, Chief Executive Officers (CEO's) of Crown corporations, heads of agencies and other GiC appointees eligible for performance pay.
