Prime Minister Announces By-elections for November 15

Ottawa, Ontario
Prime Minister Jean Chrétien announced today that by-elections will be held on November 15th, 1999 in the ridings of:
Mont-Royal and Hull-Aylmer in Quebec;
Saskatoon-Rosetown-Biggar in Saskatchewan; and,
York West in Ontario.
